yes she can act...i couldn't stand her untill JWM..after tht IMHO she has improved alot nd she has worked alot to make her self as good actress nd now she is one the finest actress of b'wood... who can do any particualr role... :))

On topic: presently, Kareena is the actress who is popular and knows hindi well, and gets along with the khans. She is smart in signing with the reigning khans, because She knows just doing women orintiated roles like chameli won't get her success. Also, the reason she did movies like that was because she was shunned by the khans because the "digs" she made, and thought she was so great. Even chowta Nawab on KWK thought she was not a good actress, but just a glam doll till he started dating her. 😆

Post JWM and its success she got smarter and wiser , and toned down her personality somewhat and is chose properly, thats why she did 3 idiots a small role but a success. the Gol maal series (BO success), and Bodyguard will be BO success ( it has a strong script and 2 powerhouse actors in it)👏

The other actress IMO who will give competition in the upcoming years as long as she chooses properly is Anushka. Hope to see her in a movie with Salman😊

Looks like the topic is not just about Kareena anymore. It has turned out to be Kareena Vs Karisma topic. 😆

Anyway, I think Kareena can act (in a generation of Katrina, Sonam, Deepika etc... DEFINITELY). She was bad in most of her movies pre-2006. But later I started to warm upto her performances in films like Omkara, Jab We Met etc.

Even today she makes bad choices. She still doesn't know the art of picking good movies. (Who picks a movie like Kambakkht Ishq where she is called a bitch every minute, unless she was desperate for money or a hit?).

Overall, I think she is a decent actress, who can be horrible and overact, but at the same time, she can give good performances if she really sinks her teeth into the character. She will be remembered if she does female oriented films. Not eyecandy roles like the ones she's been doing lately.

Coming to Kareena Vs Karisma, Karisma was pretty bad in the beginning of her career too. But she did give great performances like Zubeidaa and Fiza before hanging her boots. Kareena is yet to give a performance like that. I hear she is set to marry next year. But all she's picking now is eyecandy roles? 😕 The latest I hear is she is signed on opposite Akki in OUATIM 2.😲 Why god why.

My dislike for Aish nowadays is nothing compared to my past intense hatred for Kareena...I just despised the way that she acted soo full of herself because of her "Kapoor" name, which she has toned down a lot now

Actually I hated her so much that I nicknamed her "Aunty Kareena" during her fried blonde days while she was dating Shahid just to piss off her fans😆😆
