Sometimes I wonder about her popularity. Whoever I talk to, wherever I go, everyone hates her. If you visit other Bollywood sites, no one can stand her either.

Then how is she so popular? 😕

I have to agree with beboholic on this, while I do not find Katrina intelligent at all and I don't mean to sound judgmental, but some of her answers are really strange. Anyway, I do think she is a smart business woman since she has survived in the industry so far. Let's face it how many newcomers survived??? So many young actors aspire to work in Bollywood, but not everyone makes it big. She was smart in the sense that she dated Salman. In general I would call her street smart. Some people are street smart, but not at all intelligent, yet they make it far in life. Conversely some people are extremely intelligent, but they aren't necessarily street smart (take IIT students for instance).

priyazinta I do agree with you to an extent, but I do feel every person has their own destiny. Some people make it far without any education, but that is the way life is meant to be for them Every person has to take a different path. Call it destiny or pure luck that is just the way it is.

All i am saying is...you can't just say Salman did everything for her when you don't know that for a fact. You don't. Just because he helped her out when she started doesn't mean her whole entire career is because of Salman. She has to make her own decisions too.
And also...it has a lot to do with luck and destiny.
