Boxofficeindia.Com Trade Network Ready has bought life into the industry again with its huge business all over. The industry is looking for a big month in July with likes of Delhi Belly, Bbuddah Hoga Terra Baap, Zindagi Mile Na Dobara and Singham but a huge surprise may come this week in the form of Double Dhamaal this week. The film is expected to a notch up around 15-17 crore over its first weekend as per the trade but it could do much better. As the film has more of an ensemble cast rather than a huge cast, this is probably why the trade feels it will not put up 20 crore plus weekend. | |
On the other side the film is hot amongst exhibitors as Ready exhausts its run and Dhamaal released in 2007 did very well after a slow start. It did extremely well in Mumbai circuit with a near 7 crore distributor share which was a good number for 2007. The film has potential to put up a very big number in Mumbai circuit on day one. Double Dhamaal may surprise all in the trade and do business of 3 crore nett plus on day one just from Mumbai circuit. It may also be the surprise of the season and put a big lifetime number even with competition every week in July. |
