I do hope that Sonam makes a greater impact than Deepika. Deepika was a flash in the pan. None of the international media even noticed her or her garish outfit. Should have chosen a better outfit...

omg ur ridiculous.Ash is acting in films for over 10 yrs now.freida just started her career before 2 1/2 yrs.So its obvious ash would top the over all search popularity.Mostly only south asians in america would google about her.She is definetely not as popular as freida in america or any other western countries.

I completely disagree. I'm going by international coverage in media not by internet popularity. I'm sure if internet popularity was the only yardstick, then Katrina Kaif will topple everyone. In the last two years, Frieda has been on every red carpet, media event, talk show you can think of. She is on the international magazine covers for countries like Russia and Italy, her presence is definitely felt more. Aishwarya has only acted in a couple of crossover duds and graced a few international events and talk shows. Walking at the Cannes every year has been the only consistent thing she has done. I'm not negating Aishwarya's popularity in the international media, but right now or at least since 2009 Frieda has toppled that. There is no comparision anymore. In the international market as of now, Frieda is way more popular than Aishwarya.

Dexter completely agree with u.That google popularity comparison is stupid as ash is very popular among south asians( and NRI'S) for over 15 years now.But freida become popular only in 2009.So definetely ash or even salman khan would be most searched in the US than freida

Loreal is selling hair and makeup to as many as possible..is that right? figure it out..

Google search..you may want to read about it...it is powerful tool..every time a product is launched eg. IPAD2..the graph is keenly studied to see how many are ineterested..most news search pages from google shows it on the side..

I wasn't arguing about Loreal or product selling strategies. My comparision was between Aishwarya's and Frieda's OVERALL international fame. You said Frieda has a long way to go. I said I think not. The Loreal argument makes no sense to me especially because its just ONE criteria out of many to judge their entire appeal to the international market...🥱
