worst actor-govinda because of his idiotic performances that are always poor in subtext and lack the humor that makes sense-logically,not purposefully.
worst actress-mallika sherawat because she does not know how to act and is just using her body and other vulgar techniques to be in the limelight. (no offense to anyone)
