Farhan Akhtar finds a new friend(Updt pg3!)

We don't really subscribe to the theory that a guy and a girl can never be friends. But everyone isn't quite like us.

And when the guy in question is married and the girl is single, and they are working together, tongues will wag. The buzz on B-Town street is that Farhan Akhtar has grown quite fond of one of his assistant directors ' Sapna (name changed). The Don 2 director has been spotted visiting her surburban home at all hours, sparking speculation. Though their closeness is raising eyebrows, Farhan seems to be unperturbed by it.

Says a source from his unit, "People are talking about how thick Farhan and his AD have become. They met last year when she was assisting his sister Zoya Akhtar on her film Zindagi Milegi Na Dobara. They instantly clicked and he was so impressed by her that she also became his AD on Don 2. The duo have been meeting up and discussing their project at length at Sapna's pad. Both are passionate professionals and have been having lengthy meetings. Maybe it is all innocent, but everyone is talking about it."

Farhan is no stranger to link-ups. But the actor-director was also linked to his leading lady Deepika Padukone during the shooting of Karthik Calling Karthik. There were also reports of his special interest in Isha Sharvani during Luck By Chance. But both of them were his heroines, and this time his crew member is the centre of attention and that is causing unrest in the ranks. Sapna has worked in several other projects outside Farhan's banner too. Apparently, she has also worked in Hollywood projects like Eat Pray Love and Slumdog Millionaire.
