ash is still around, despite nailing and breaking up with the most volatile khan... 😆 that says a lot. being a bachchan bahu helps but not a lot. just look at abhi. the tag can get you movies, but if you dont make it a hit, then you are never considered a "contemprary" "comptetition". you are forever the "best friend" *cough* abhi *cough*

vidya's first movie was with a khan.. but really her talent makes people run to her not the other way around.

kangna is not a khan girl but a Bhatt girl. but still, that girl has talent and she isnt afraid to work with other actors and take risks.

Katrina kaif had her debut in 2003 with the flop boom, right? She didnt actually get any recognition untill namastey london and maine pyar kyun kiya. She's here today solely because of Salman Khan. who knows how many production houses and directors he's begged and recommended her to? Katrina then got lucky with her pairing with Akshay .. she's milked it untill it ran dry (TMK) and now she'll stay in news with her rumoured link ups and break ups with Salman and Ranbir. Which self respecting women would actually continue to call Salman Khan her 'best friend' after he blatantly took digs at her/made her feel uncomfortable on BB? She knows she cant get on to the wrong side of Salman which is why she continues to suck up to him 😆 She's a very clever woman, and luck is definitely on her side. How many memorable Katrina movies do you remember? She's played an arm candy in most of them. No one would consider her seriously for a performance/actress orientated film. She's the new flavour now, but in 10years time she'll be gone and there will be a new Katrina in.

She's extremly beautiful, and the indian audience obviously loves her .. I remember thinking wow, 'she's so pretty!' when i was watching Race .. i didn't even realise that she had the same wooden plank expression, with barely any lines throughout the movie though.

sorry but i don't agree with the topic.....becoz the period of an actress is always fixed....

if u r talking abt the survival....then its obvious becoz we should look at the time on the date they entered the industry...for instance bipasha entered in 2003, lara in 2003, they can easily survive.... becoz till the time they get married they will keep on doing films...take mallika sherawat too....with out or without the khans...i dont consider this an acheivement....also sushmita sen doing movies too without the khans....even she is nowhere close to a popular actrees but she is still surviving right

Aish has done well without Khan's, BUT the biggest hits of her career and most memorable ones are HDDCS and Devdas, so despite having a prolonged career it has serious inpact from SRK and Salman.

Vidya is knew but she is the only one I can think of who has actually managed it very well, she's established herself as a leading lady who can perform!

Katrina may not have done any films with Khans except flops with Salman, and is still at the top today, BUT I am one who STRONGLY beleives she's got their due to her looks! She's absolutely gorgeous, and men could not care less that she cant act, all they want to do is watch her onscreen. So to me she doesnt really count.

👏👏 the only movies of kat that come to me are namastey london and singh is king. and that's only because of akshay. she is only famous because salman recommended her. and i dont think she's that beautiful either. 😕 she is pretty but not like O M G drop dead gorgeous. sush and deeps are much much more beautiful.
