^ true about the Facebook thing, but it's like comparing apples to oranges. For a private person---and one who could be at risk of having disapproving family see their page---to try to keep their lives private is one thing. It's an entirely different kettle of fish for someone who chooses to adopt a life they know is most definitely not private
I'm assuming thThese are not shy private kids under the thumb of conservative cultural values...oh yeah...who just happened to do a jaw dropping sequence of breast bounces to Sheila Ki Jawani on film yesterday.
What I don't understand is why the press insists on marrying these kids off after just a few dates. Maybe if there wasn't some antiquated pressure to force them into a Raj & Simran-esque "love marriage for life" just because in trying to get to know each other they go to some events or some meals people wouldn't be so squirrelly and childish about dating.
But then with a press that insists on dragging every dead relationship through the mud and expecting stupid high schooler behavior of business minded adults as in---"Oh I'm sure that 48 year old man is going to be unable to cope with seeing his ex, a 42 year old woman, he dated 24 years ago at the same event! Maybe they'll both run screaming and crying for the restrooms in spite of the fact they've been married to someone else for the past 18 years and have children with their respective mates..."
It's bloody ridiculously childish!
