Why don't they cast actresses who are around their age. Salman and Kat do not look good together, and it's gonna be the same with SRK and Kat.

Deepika adopts fly-by-night diplomacy to beat Katrina

Kareena Kapoor showed up solo for Imran Khan's reception hosted on Saturday evening by his uncle Aamir Khan. Saif Ali Khan was shooting in far away Bhopal for Prakash Jha's Aarakshan. He could not attend the party.

But Deepika Padukone who was also shooting in Bhopal with Saif couldn't be kept away from the big evening. Not when Aamir and his wife Kiran Rao had personally called her to invite her.

Apparently Deepika flew into Mumbai from Bhopal by a chartered plane and flew right back. She was shooting in Bhopal till 8 pm. She caught the flight an hour later and headed straight for the Taj Lands End in Mumbai.

After partying with Aamir and Imran till the wee hours she headed straight back to Bhopal early in the morning, catching a few snoozes on flight. She headed to location sharp on the dot for the morning shift on Sunday in Bhopal.

Apparently Prakash Jha was very clear on the fact that Deepika could leave location in Bhopal for the party in Mumbai as long as she was back in time in the morning.

Jha confirms on Sunday morning, "Yes, Deepika went for the party on Saturday evening. But she's now back shooting with me here."

However Jha denies that a flight was chartered from Bhopal for her rush visit. "There are four commercial flights between Bhopal and Mumbai every day. Why would we charter a flight?"

Deepika was the only guest who flew in from outstation to be at the Khans' party. There was more to her enthusiasm than her affinity to her Break Ke Baad co-star Imran. Apparently Deepika is angling to play the lead opposite Aamir in Yashraj Films' Dhoom 3.

If Deepika gets her way she will certainly be paired with the second Khan superstar after Shah Rukh in Om Shanti Om.

Katrina too is being considered seriously for the part in Dhoom 3. So it's a new round of uproar for the warring queens. At the moment with Deepika making her flying visit to please Aamir, she would seem to have an edge over Katrina.

Dhoom 3 disappoints Rajinikanth fans!

Rajinikanth fans, who have been dreaming to see the superstar on Dhoom 3, are disappointed that the actor is not chosen for the key role. Their dreams are shattered after Yash Raj Films roped in Aamir Khan for the villain role.

Post-Endhiran success, their were speculations that the Dhoom makers are considering Rajinikanth for an important role in the film. It claimed that the superstar's superhero role in the sci-fi film had impressed them and they had approached the actor.

Later, the production house clarified that they have utmost respect to Rajini but they were yet to finalize the cast, which made the fans of the actor to wait with bated breath for an official announcement from Yash Raj Films.

Now, as they have zeroed in Aamir Khan for one of the lead roles, it has left his hardcore fans with frowny face (oneindia)

OMG Rajnikanth was considered as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
