 If 2010 was all about the loveable Badass 'Robinhood Pandey' a.k.a Chulbul Pandey, 2011 will kick start with fiery, firebrand and fierce females as the first two months of the year will be seeing two powerhouse actresses back in the main foray swinging!Swearing up a storm and saying it like it is - Rani Mukherjee has reporter and reporting down pat in No One Killed Jessica. Rani who plays feisty news journalist Meera Gaity in the film, which is based on a real life series of events has been getting raised eyebrows and numerous eyeballs thanks to a healthy dose of expletives she's seen mouthing in the promos. But more than the profanity, its her spirited potrayal that's generating curiosity. Close on her heels, is sexy slayer who is killing them softly - Priyanka Chopra who has temptress and distress perfect in Saat Khoon Maaf. Priyanka plays despondent wife Sussanne who is on a twisted quest for love. Her changing grooms aren't catching as many wandering eyes as is Priyanka's transformation from sane to insane. As, 10 changes to 11 - It is a welcome change to see two bold characters being daringly essayed by two fine female talents. After all, bold is beautiful! |
