Bebo's Saif with Ash!
A few days ago TOI reported that Kareena Kapoor was all set to replace Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's revived ambitious project Bajirao Mastani.
Now it's Ash's chance to strike back. Filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj has approached the green-eyed actress to pair up with Kareena's beau Saif Ali Khan for a film. Vishal, we hear, has been chasing Ash for 14 years now, but the two never worked together owing to date constraints or because the projects did not interest Ash.
If Ash agrees to the film with Saif this time, it will be interesting to see this new pair on screen. Apart from this film, the acclaimed filmmaker has also approached her with two more scripts and one concept which is his take on William Shakespeare's cult tragedy, Hamlet, for which he plans to cast Hrithik Roshan.
Vishal was spotted entering Janak (Bachchans, usually, hold business meetings at this Juhu bungalow) with a script in hand. This has set the ball in motion. Said a source, "Vishal was indeed there to meet with Ash. It went on for an hour at least where they discussed and dissected the offers that he had for her. As of now things are very hush hush."
