hey anyone can give me suggestions upon what oldmovies are good and worth watching? like from black and white times to maybe late 80s?

There are just so many of them!

Would strongly recommend Bandini, Do Aankhen Barah Haath, Half Ticket, the old Devdas. Will try and think of more and post them here.

Dil Deke Dekho is one black and white film I have seen sooo many times and I love it.

all guru dutt films esp mr and mrs 55 and moughle azam is a classic film,madhubala looks divine,all hrishikesh mukherji,basu chaterji,shakti samanth,bimal roy films.If you want to see really high class humour in a film watch choti si baat and chashme badoor and suspense-mystery Teesri manjil,gumnaam and howrah bridge,i love old films.

yeah, i loved all the shammi kapoor movies... they were so much fun... prince, junglee, tum sa nahin dekha, tum se achcha kaun hai, dil tera deewana, an evening in paris, kashmir ki kali, badtameez, brahmachari, and teesri manzil... and many more...! 😃

most of amitabh's earlier movies were good too... i was/am a huge dilip kumar fan too... his movies were amazing... just remembered Aan too... that was a fun film... Ashok kumar also had some great movies... Raj Kapoor as well... 😃

some of dharam's movies were really good watch too, especially the black and white ones... don't mind the 80's either... i have very fond memories of the movies of that time... 😳😳
