Ayesha Takia will star opposite Shahid Kapoor in Ahmed Khan's directorial 'Fool and Final', produced by Firoz Nadiadwala. This will be Takia's second venture opposite Shahid after Anant Mahadevan's directorial 'Dil Maange More'.

The film also stars Sunny Deol, Suniel Shetty and Viveik Anand Oberoi. Bipasha Basu had been chosen to play the romantic lead opposite Deol, but the 'Bong' bombshell is not doing the project.

The film has undergone a few other changes in star cast too. Jackie Shroff, Javed Jaffrey, Om Puri and Rajpal Yadav who were a part of the original plan, are out. While Chunkey Pandey will do Jaffrey's role and Suresh Menon has come in place of Yadav, Shroff and Puri's replacements have yet to be finalized.
