what a talented actress😊.

I hope she will pick right movies, I think she took a break for some reason, thats why we didn't see her.

Yuva, Veer zara, hum tum and terrific performances in all movies, come back ranee, pls do movies more.:)

Barring Vidya and to some extent Kajol we havent had a good actress like Rani for a while.

I loved her in Yuva, very under-rated. Ideally she should have swept all the awards for the potrayal of Sashi, but in bollywood commercial success equates to awards and not good performances.

She won three awards for Yuva and received a few more nominations, as well as high critical acclaim for her performance. That's not really underrated considering that Yuva wasn't successful at the Box Office, and she had a tough competition against herself for Veer-Zaara. She used to perform really well - even in mediocre movies - back in those days. Haven't seen her giving a convincing performance in a long, long time. Hopefully, after the recent debacles, she will be more careful about her script selection, with NOKJ being the first one. She can surely revive her declining career, but I don't think she can become the numero uno that she was once. Her time, unfortunately, is over. Even if she comes back with a good performance now and then, most people will always see her as part of the yesteryear actresses, like Kajol.

I wasn't talking specifically about this thread, but rather the condition of this forum as a whole. And I did mention Deepika in my post.

Mehak I personally loved the movie. I'm just stating the facts. In comparison to the other films she has done it wasn't that much highly acclaimed. If you ask my own opinion I loved it so much!
