Wha'ts important is kareena awways was passionate about acting, from a very young age. She isnt here just for the sake of it. This girl grew up int ehworld of films with her only dream being to be in it one day. She deserves it!

ok i am sorry, but do u think winning a miss universe or miss world is halwa?? PC was a small town girl!! and i know many gilrs who r very passionate about acting who wud die for such oppprtuniries but r stuck in a rut as they dun have such marvelous opportunities, to becum a female actor u need to be a tall slim model first--and that too of the level of miss universe

So how is that kareena's fault if someone else isnt getting the opportunity? I would understand your argument if kareena had no talent and was getting opportunities that are worthy of someone better. But CLEARLY if a girl DOES have the talent, and she feels that passionate about it, people should stop holding it agianst her that she had the fortune to have connections.
And like I always say, where are other starkids liek juhi babbar, Tushar Kapoor, Esha Deol. Did they not have the same opportunity that kareena did? Where are they now?

i dun think that it is sumthing to be soo proud of end of story! if u r from a film family offcourse u'll be hugely inspired by it, especially when u have opportunities and fame attached to it! she left her studies caushe she cud totally afford it, most peeps fall in the pressure of geeting food on their plate! i dun see how she can connect herslef to a normal person who finds themself and stuff, it is almost like u r in a kingdom hence u become a princess

Not necesarrily.
All she means is that its ALL she wanted. Ever since she was 16, that was her only passion in life.
And passion for any cause should be encouraged.

Liek I said, rahter have girls like her who love the art of acting and feel that they would rahter do nothing else that girls who are in it just for the heck of it.

Gosh people need to stop saying star kids have it easy. I mean sure, INITIALLY (which also happens to be a very crucial part) its easier for them but really after that they're mostly on their own. Like how people say Katrina reached this point because of Salman, Abhishek because of Amitabh, Ranbir because of Rishi Kapoor ,Priyanka/Ashwarya bcause of being miss world etc etc etc, it's true that they didnt have to go through the whole severe hunting and auditioning process like a common man/woman would have to undergo but really they reach success because of their hard work and dedication. Kareena in fact had a quite rough time when she came into movies but really this girl works hard and is dedicated which is why she is in the top league now. 😊

@bolly007 - Oh I didnt mean to attack you in particular, i was just commenting on how many people say star kids and other people have it easy because of connections etc etc so sorry about that!!😳 But coming back to what you just posted, if Kareena was ambitious and passionate about joining movies and left school then what's the biggie? I mean sure she must have left because she could afford to do so, but how is she at fault? for instance, I'm passionate about volunteering for feminist organizations and I didn't work for 1 year because I volunteered AND I could afford to do so (my parents supported me). Should I not be proud of being passionate about it? I don't quite get the logic, so feel free to jump in and correct me 😃

the biggie is, how many peeps can afford to leave their education?? she shud not be soo proud of the fatc that she had a passion for becuming an actor---that was decided with her background, u shud totally be proud of ur achievements, but also need to be realsitic about them! and again please let my opinion be it won't change

Thank you! The way I see it, she's not proud of the fact that she had connections. But she is proud of hte fact she has TRUE passion for cinema, nad had it since she was 16 yrs old. I dont see hwy that is being taken as a negative.
I say that kind of passion and focus should be admired. Why are we always so judgmental about these celebs? For once, lets just be happy for them.
