Shahid Kapoor's latest decision to walk out of his commitment to walk the ramp at the Lakme Fashion Week has thrown the journos into making a flurry of speculations about this sudden withdraw of Shahid.
Earlier it was reported that Shahid even rehearsed for this show with the show choreographer Marc Robinson. Also Shahid is known to keep his commitments, so this sudden back-off has been all the more beguiling to the industry insiders.
Two guesses are flying high though. One is that Shahid chose to give the session a miss since Priyanka Chopra is set to walk the LFW ramp, too. Media is already upbeat about their alleged relationship and the news is that the stars don't want to provide the journos with any more fodder to fuel the rumours further. They have thus decided not to turn up at any recent public event together.
The other speculation is that Shahid is not ready to divulge his new "Mausam" look yet. In this film produced by his father Pankaj Kapoor, Shahid has sported a whole new look and a lot of privacy has been maintained surrounding the making of the film so far. So is that the reason behind his avoiding LFW?
However neither Shahid nor LFW has yet confirmed the news of his skipping the event.
