What an advantage to know more than one language...Ash stays..heroes get moved around.

I like Mani Ratnam's movies....wish I was more fluent in other languages...:))

Prithviraj is supposedly 10 years younger than Ash will be intresting to see how they look as a couple on screen. Vikram definetly looks much more menancing than AB.

I am really excited for both the versions but more for the tamil version because I found the tamil version of ayudha ezhuthu much more convincing and fresh than the hindi one, plus Vikram looks scarier and macho than abhishek..and the tamil he speaks is not regular, its a different dialect..
And as the topic maker said its tough playing 2 roles that r not even remotely close to one another..

But I am a little disappointed with Prithviraj..Something is missing in him compared to Vikram in Raavan..I think he looks far too young to confront 'raavanan'. You can easily make that out from the trailer where he shoots someone..That punch and authority of being a police officer is soooo missing..But i don't want to judge until the movie comes out..
And hey mani has brought back Prabhu and Karthik..Who can ever forget the duo in Agninakshatram and Karthik in Mounaragam 😃😃..I am definitely excited for the tamil version !!
Can someone tell me if ash has really dubbed in tamil? I doubt it coz its actress rohini's voice in the trailer 😕

nopes its ash real voice...she confirmed it in the music launch and vikram in the hindi version also used his own voice as he learned the language......so both are using their own voices....

as for me...i am more more interested to watch tamil version than hindi version.....reasons....vikram is very very good in intense and passionate chracters how can one forget sethu...pithamagan....kaasi...anniyan...kandasamy(all the 12 roles he did amazingly)....he is damn good in such roles........i am a fan of his.....he is real down to earth person...i have met him...

dhool..saamy is exceptional because its more of the action.....while his other films more of his acting.....

the tamil version vikram is more agressive...tough(not to mention what a body)....menancing...the attitute...uff no comments....its award winning performance.....compared to hindi....and also its first time pairing of ash-vikram in the movie for both the version...its a must watch for me....i prefer to see vikram-ash chemistry than abhi-ash chemistry which is a bored for me....

abhisekh is good too on his own ways......he looks cute in it...but he lacks the agression compared to vikram in the same role veera/beera....

i also prefered ayutha ezhuthu than yuva.....

mani sir films are always a treat to watch although its dark....loved his films...bombay...roja...anjali(i always cry when i watch this film).....and mouna raagam(my fav film and the songs are touching)...agninachtiram....except for dil se/uyire(because srk dies...i don't like films that shows srk character dies....)

so i am going to watch the tamil version than the hindi version.....

its a treat to watch vikram in such agressive role.....

even the songs in the tamil version are even more touching and meaningful than the hindi version.....

it is a big competition for abhi cause i can be the tamil one the actor is very good and how come aish did both movie in same time

so ..anyways....looking fwd to vikram the most :)
