I usually like a celebrity if he/she is a good actor. Exception of course occurs. But usually, acting appeals to me more than anything else. Oh and - what do they in their personal lives - why should that be a concern of mine? I don't give the celebs more importance than they deserve; me being over conscious about their private lives would mean giving them a place in my life. That ain't happening so soon. Of course if a celeb turns out to be a rapist like Mr. Ahuja, then that's a different case. But normally, I don't care for their off screen image.

yep the fame has gone to her head, she was never my favourite actress anyway but she shouldnt have won the national award

Wow did someone really ask this question? like OMG! Priyanka Chopra is NOT overrated! She is the best actress in bollywood today! Loved her in Aitraaz, Andaaz, Don, Fashion, Kaminey, WYR & many more! Keep it up Priyanka! Love ya!

Ah my favorite topic. 😆 IMO, Priyanka reminds me of one of those high school girls who try desperately to fit in whereever possible. So they put on an act of finding everything thats "in" hot. They mingle with the appropriate cliques (Kjo, YRF, SRK's gang), praise/defend them anywhere possible. Basically the line of thinking goes this way-> SRK= hot, RnB=hot, Jay Sean=hot. RnB wannabe = hot. Microminis = hot, American accent = hot. Ghetto attitude= hot. You get the drift? She also fakes accent whenever appropriate. The way she dresses up also tells me she's trying to live her high school/college days now that she can. I think she's stuck in a tween's/teen's body with the way she acts and dresses in real life. Sometimes in movies too, her role in Pyar impossible and all the hamming there kinda reveals what I'm talking about.

As for her acting, no she is not overrated. Right now, she is one of the better actresses as proved by Kaminey, WYR, Aitraz, she was okay in Fashion (overrated performance but a decent one nonetheless) too. I wouldn't skip watching her flicks altogether just because I can't stand her real life behavior. However, I'm more than likely to skip them compared to her contemporaries...Kareena et al.
