i think the concept of making an award jus for someone is soo dumb whether is be srk, aish (iffa lol) or katrina...anyway i have a question...wtf did kareena rly get an award for 3 idiots cuz dats even more ridiculous

Why can't ppl just be happy for her? Why must her accomlishments always be brought down by such petty things? She was in the year's 2 biggest hits and she did a fab job, but no don't give her credit at all just point the finger and say it's b/c of Salman! NO!!! It's her hard-work and she deserves it!

I am pretty sure the award for Best Actor/Actress (Popular) won by Shahid and Kareena was not created especially for them. There was an online voting poll months before .Along with Kareena was Pri, Vidya , Deepika i think and Kareena was there for 3 Idiots and Kurbaan combined.

im honestly sick of Mid-Day...it's about time Kat sues them...

kat attended every single award shows last yr except IIFA and she didnt even won any !! if she cud persuade ppl to give her award then she wud have done it last yr too..

Mid day printed the Ranbir Katrina affair confirmed story and after that they didn't print any. Mumbai Mirror has been harping on Salman Katrina break up since then. Jobless story was by mid day I think.

But you don't understand. Its not Katrina who persuaded them it was Salman. He is the one who bought it for her but he can't buy one for himself apparently.

I think she does deserve entertainer of the year award. If that category already existed I am more than fine with it. But to create a special award for anyone is something I don't agree with. That's why none of the Indian award shows have any credibility. They hand out those awards to the hot shots of bollywood and if their chosen ones are not nominated or loose in some category, they just create a stupid category just so they can get one. Its a freakin' joke! That is a general statement. Not directed at Katrina.

Sandeep Khosla of Screen says, "It's true we created an award for Katrina but this was decided by the Screen jury. We had a special award to Katrina her for the three hits -- New York, Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani, De Dana Dan -- that she had last year and the jury thought she deserved it. Katrina didn't insist or ask for any award. Nor did she throw any tantrums. She came and performed according to her commitment."

it clearly says screen jury decided to give her this award.. she deserved it for the movies she done and i see nothing wrong wit it..

but yeah i totally agree wit u on the fact that indian awards are a big joke.. well said..

Haha! I didn't say he bought it for her. Others are saying it. I was just being sarcastic. 😆 I know Salman couldn't care less about those stupid awards.
