Amrita Arora weds Shakeel Ladak

Bride Name: Amrita Arora
Age: 30 years
Claim to fame: Malaika Arora's younger sister

Details: She started her career by featuring in a few music videos and moved on to being a VJ with a popular music channel.
Her filmy career began opposite Fardeen Khan in Kitne Door Kitne Paas. This was followed by a series of unsuccessful films.
Her latest film in 2009 was Kambakkht Ishq where she was seen in a supporting role

Claim to fame: Actress with a potential

Details: Gujarati by origin, Ayesha started her career as a child artiste in the famous Complan advertisement.
Her film career began with Taarzan: The Wonder Car and she went on to win the Filmfare best debut award for the same.
Her career saw some commercially successful and some not so successful films.
Her latest venture was Wanted in 2009 opposite Salman Khan.
With a completely controversy free image, Ayesha plans to continue her career post marriage

Claim to fame: Famous restaurateur

Details: He is the son of Samajwadi party leader Abu Azmi.
Farhan is the CEO of Infinity hotels and has three to four restaurants under him.

Verdict: Seems like a marriage out of love, since Ayesha's career is far from finished. Again a businessman marries a Bollywood starlet.

Eesha Koppikhar weds Timmy Narang

Bride Name: Eesha Koppikhar
Age: 33 years old
Famous as: Khalaas girl

Details: Another Mangalorean starlet who is a model turned actress.
She was also a contestant in the 1995 Miss India Contest.
She started her film career in 1998 in a Tamil film titled Kaadal Kavithai and won the Filmfare best debut award.
She acted in plenty films that were unsuccessful and her career in films petered out with her last film Hello in 2008.

A so called ex-girlfriend of Timmy created a drama in the media

Groom Name: Timmy Narang
Claim to fame: A hotelier

Details: The owner of the restaurant brand Ra, Timmy is the brother of the popular socialite Ramona Narang.
He was known to be earlier dating Tania Xaetta from Salaam Namaste fame and they were apparently talking marriage. But things didn't work out.

He is the Managing Director of Narang Hospitality services
Pooja Mishra, who claimed that Timmy was pursuing her before Eesha, created a scene in the media before the couple's wedding.

Verdict: Yet again a restaurateur marries a Bollywood actress and the ex tries to steal the spotlight.

Jesse Randhawa weds Sandip Soparkar

Name: Jesse Randhawa

Famous as: Veteran Supermodel

Details: A Jatt Sikh popular supermodel turned actress.
She started her modelling career in 1999 and walked the ramp for a number of top designers
Also participated in reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi- Level 2
Her film career started with the film Gulaal.

Status: Previously married to model Inder Mohan Sudan but are now separated.
Now married to Sandeep Soparkar

Name: Sandip Soparkar
Claim to fame: Bollywood choreographer

Details: He is a German trained ballroom dancer and started dancing at the age of 16.
He runs his own dancing academy and has also choreographed for a lot of big budget films. His first film as a choreographer was Zubeidaa.
He has an MBA in marketing and was a finalist in Graveira Mr India Contest 97-98

Verdict: A refreshing combination of a model marrying a choreographer. This will be dance to watch out for.
