I hate it when someone calls a person a God. It's annoying.

In bollywood all actors are gods because the people worship them !! But I hate to say there is only one God and he is omni-present whom I worship !!

she has the tendency to bend over backwards praising someone that she can gain something from...

I wouldnt call Aamir a God of anything....BUT the man is amazing in his all of his recent movies

I think this is a common way of expressing "I am awed by an actor" in Bollywood. I have seen many others in Twitter say x is GOD or y is GOD after watching a movie....I think it's not meant to be taken literally...more like they are "screen gods" or "movie acting gods" or "ruler of cinema" etc. So chill people. Like I do think Sonam is the goddess of photoshoots! 😆

"As far as our cinema is concerned, Aamir is God."

And the girl does say as far as our cinema is concerned...she is refering to Aamir as the god of cinema meaning the creator of awesome cinema!

^^^i agree adity , we also say " sachin to b god of cricket " now no body means dat sachin is some real god supreme power.. this is very commonly used thing lol.. i do say to my frnds also sometimes wen they do something awesome , arey tu kaise kiya? u r god or wat? just a common verse...

I agreed Kareena mean is not that so please try to understand what she want to say what i belive she want to appricaite Aamir as cenima person.
