Kareena Kapoor - Why do her films flop? - Page 4

I love kareena and all the movies she ever did!
And i will always watch Saifeena's movie first day first show not for anything else BUT saifeena! I wont mind even if they do like 55 movies together per year! I just love to see them together!!!

Maybe because her movies suck? Ever since JWM, she hasn't had a decent movie. Infact most movies she's done have been crappy, barring a few. And I don't know what it is, but there's something off about this girl in my opinion. I haven't crossed a single real life person in my life who likes her.

Yes and it's only bollywood that hypes them so much. I dont even know why. There's better looking jodis out there.

I find one flaw with the ppl saying kareeena is growing older now and people cant stand her anymore. That argument WOULD be valid...but you're ONLY looking at her flops recenlty, which were MAMK and Kurbaan. Believe it or not KI made decent money.

Every jodi gets boring after a while remember all the hype over Abhi-Ash! I mean I love them, but I'm not crazy about them any more and same thing happened with Saifreena! The same thing happened to John-Bips, Akki-Twinkle, Shahid-Kareena! It's all exciting in the beginning and then the excitement wanes! But the problem is not the jodi, and definitely not the acting, but the problem lies in the script!

To me Kareena is number 1 in acting department.

Everything about her makes news...
Her talent is untouchable...
Even in lousiest of the film, she will light up the screen...
No matter how much people hates her, her popularity and prices soars!
She is one of the few actresses of this generation who sure knows how to act!
Bring on the heat babes!

PS: Ash and Bebo are on the same boat....Love them, or Hate them, but you can't Ignore them! Two power ladies of the bollywood!

Lol funny article i have just one thing to say..Even if Kareenas movies Flops, she remains Hit, she is HIT in every her film, even if it flops, no matter what she remains at the top with her performance!

She's still in the top bracket because
a) She's a Kapoor. If it was an outsider who had churned out flops left right and given pathetic performances (Kareena in her early years was purely pathetic and overacted all the time), then she wouldnt still be a star. Her case is similar to Abhishek's. If the guy wasn't a Bacchan, he wouldnt still be this popular. The only reason he couldn't be in the top bracket was because of the competition, which leads me towards my next point...

b) Kareena still also manages to be in the top bracket because when it comes to females, there isn't enough competition. Ofcourse she's up there because her only competitors are PC, Kat and Ashwarya. The rest are either from the older generation ala Kajol, or the younger newcomers.

I dont care why her movies flopped or whatever, point is...she performs well in one movie after 10 colossal craps, and she's hailed as some amazingly talented actor. Not many see it that way.

So, in a span of 10 years how many of Kareena's films were hits?
