Problem with this forum is that there are limited "discussion" posts.

People complain that there are a zillion Deepika, Shahid topics.

Why not create a discussion post on your own?

For the first two pages presently the following members have created topics:

If each of us comes up with a topic or posts articles then things will slowly change around here. I see a couple of members only opening topics around here, and if you can't think of a subject, then try "filmfare" on twitter. I don't visit it but I'm sure they have news daily.

This is the same forum where people had more than 150 pages on a Harman Baweja topic. Now let's not bring up that Shahid was discussed as well in that topic. The point here is the topic had to do with Harman's interview and we all did read it right?

I am really sorry that Adios and Flaviya left. I also stopped posting here for a while because I just didn't like the tension that was going on.

To me it seems that the biggest problem here is the # of fans that Shahid, Deepika, Priyanka have - or atleast that is the problem for people who are not their fans. I can only talk for myself and say that I hardly make any topics on BS. The few times I have they have been about Abhay Deol and Naseerussin Shah. Now turns out no one really wants to discuss these two people because no one really posts there.

Desu, I might be wrong but I guess I am the person you are referring to who mocked KJo. I would say that I have only mocked some of his films (I liked WUS and parts of Kal Ho Na Ho) and I think he picks actors according to whose doing well right now. But he is also one of the few producer/directors who is available online. I tweeted him a few times, but nothing compared to what other fans did. I didn't even post in the topics on BS about the articles on Shahid-Deepika and KJo when he responded to the fans on twitter. So that is my logic.

As for Deepika's acting skills - I agree she isn't very good right now. She has a lot to improve. I personally became a fan of hers when I saw the kind of ridicule she was going through not just on online forums but by the press as well for her personal life. So I have never forced my opinions about her acting on anyone. I would appreciate if someone showed me an example of where Deepika fans suffocated someone who was trying to criticize her acting skills?

To me the only solution to make other members feel better is perhaps if SHahid-Deepika-Priyanka fans stop posting. I cannot control and tell others what to do. But honestly I am quite sick of this forum as well. Its no longer about movies or actors, but fan-mentality and what fans could and should do. Unfortunately this is the only forum I post at so I cannot change my e-personality here and act a certain way, just to go back to some other forum and vent. But if my enthusiasm for my favourites is causing such problems to people I'd rather not post here anymore. So I guess that is that then.

all the sensible and witty members are leaving, i miss all those catty but smart convos...i m tired of all thesee goody goody puking type of posts about all these celebs. i guess my venture to bolly forum is gonna come to end soon too.

No Geet, you dont need to stop posting. You're actually one of the few sensible members. Pretty controlled and sensible about your posts.

What needs to happen is that htis forum needs to consciencely start posting topics about a wide variety of stars. Already I'm seeing na improvement from a few weeks ago. And no, you're not the one I meant when i said I saw you making fun of Johar. Its someone else, but I realy dont want to take names.

I just had to comment on here.

Seems like the topic is saying that Shahid-Deepika-Priyanka fans have way too many fans and some of them needs to leave the place. I be gladly to leave this place. Thank you. I'm a fan of almost most of the actors/actresses, if they have a new movie coming out, I'm the one commenting on it. It's not the fans fault if some fans are missing from the forum. I actually missed Sanam because she would've had a smart and clever answer to say about this kind of topic.

Aishu, you barely post as it is, so none of my frustrations were ever against you, lol.

No one needs to leave. Infact my topic was the CONCERN that members are leaving. And members like Flav and Adios are hard to come by.

We just need to be a bit more conscience of variety on the forum adn just tone down teh excess fanaticsm towards ONE star or jodi. Be a bit more laidback about criticism (I'm working on it, truly I am), and just have individual thoughts. Not form groups. Because groups begin to intimdate other members. That's when ppl start ot feel like a minority.
