She looked perfectly fine before she screwed up her face. Sorry to sound harsh but what's up with going under the knife? Under certain circumstances I can understand why someone would want surgery. However, if your face looks fine, why on earth do it? God knows why pple keep striving for perfection. There aint such thing!!

Wow. So pretty . Makes me sad too. There's a lot of pressure for these women to look a certain way. Instead of blaming her..I would ask what causes this to happen. It is not just her, literally almost every Hollywood star and many bollywood ones have succumbed. Well...I guess they are in a looks dominated world.

Some have been very successful in fine tuning their appearance and others not so much. It's unfortunate that Koena has had a bad turn of events with this. She probably started with one thing which turned out bad and then she went on the roller coster ride to correct her previous mistakes leading her to do more and more. I actually feel sorry for her.

Such a pretty girl. She probably feels she can't stop now because people keep criticizing her appearance. She may need to get out of the beauty world and do something else which allows her to let go of this obsession.

Look at Meg Ryan ..her trout lips have ruined her career. Talk about serious downfall.

She has also become the poster child for bad surgery...

I read someplace long time ago that she started out with a nose job that was done very badly and to repair that she had to undergo many more and all the surgeries after the first one are to fix the original disaster.
If this is true I really feel bad for her. And it solidifies my belief of not messing with nature.
