I don't understand how we all r blaming rk bcos of dis article which we don't know is true or not
d media generally makes up all d stuff
like it potrayed rk and ik to be best frnds and now enemies
one can't really trust dem
until we hear him say so in an interview
in times of India dere was an article dat rk & kat had a tiff with arjun but den dey all came out & said dis was false
so we shouldn't believe dis article atleast I won't until I hear him
he s not d types to say such things

True this doesnt sound like Ranbir at all ..I've never liked Imran as an actor but he seems a genuine indvidual..Hope Ranbir clears the air soon !

Oh hey, just read an older interview of Ranbir, well two actually, and thought I'd point it out since it relates to this one...he said the same thing there as well...not in relation to Imran, but in general...that he is intentionally focussing on solo-hero projects to utilise the lead offers he's getting in order to establish himself in the industry...and he is not averse to multi-starrers as long as he believes in the script, like Raajneeti...he also said that he's very ambitious and selfish as an actor, although he has no negativity towards anyone...and he also pointed out why he shouldn't be called a star, because the term, in his opinion, is severely abused, and he has a long, loong way to go before he gets there...

And this was before APKGK released...dated the 4th of November, to be precise...and ironically, one of them was published in the Mumbai Mirror itself...so it isn't success getting to his head, evidently...guess it's the way he is...and has been from the time when he was not a hit lead...and looked at that way, I don't think it really makes for necessarily bad attitude...more like a pragmatic attitude, really, focussed on career beyond most other things in life...I can provide a link here if it will not be an issue quoting another website...it's quite an interesting interview, actually...more about his own self than his movie...gives one an insight into the way he thinks more than most his interviews do...

Personally, my problem is not really with what he says...in the light of the older interview, I do not think it is rude or that it reeks overconfidence...it is a very practical stand to take...and is something most bolly actors actually do, even if they are not so vocal about it...one can't escape the reality of the industry after all...the fittest survives...and strategy always plays a part in any actor's career graph along with talent...why I might have a slight issue with such an attitude is that it is, well, a tad too practical and ambitious for someone like me...tends to sideline things that would otherwise matter to me as a person...like relationships, for instance...but then again, that's because of the way I am...and this is the way he is...and he's pretty honest about it...there are things about him that are nice...and others that are not-so-very-palatable for someone like me...but he's a human being at the end of the day...and I don't expect him to be the epitome of perfection...but yes, a little more grounded in a little something else attitude would be nicer to behold...
