I find nothing wrong with what she said. Some people in India act like they don't partake in PMS. That's a bunch of baloney. Just cuz you're not allowed to talk about it doesn't mean it happens any less.

Now, if she said that pre-marital sex is a sin and she would never do something like that, or be around people who believe in pre-marital sex, I would consider her either a liar or wanna be.

Theres nothing wrong with pre-marital, its alll about choice.

I used to really like Amrita until the whole "less is good" thing. Anyways, I don't really think there's anything wrong with what she said. I personally don't think there's anything wrong with PMS.... it's one of those topics though that lead to a lot of debates.

I don't think we should judge herself as a person for what she thinks about this issue. Like Priya said, the article pretty much reeks with bias.

Completely agree. I have no problem whatsoever with her statement as such but the fact that she is continually involved in such things as showing off at parties, etc., appearing on men's magazines, making statements like these (nothing wrong in it but why didn't she say something like this earlier too). To me, looks like she is mostly trying to create an image for herself, hence it seeks kind of fake to me.

I'm certain most of these bollywood stars are not virgins. However, I agree when they make such statements, they need to be a bit more careful and also mention something about protection as well considering the rate of STDs in India.

Just like Shahid said when asked the same question about pre marital issue : "I'm not getting into this"...

Indian Society is conservative so I'd restrain myself from giving my opinion about it in front of the camera if I was a celeb.

Her statement is franck and deeply honest but some people in India can turn it into the wrong way and might label her as an easy actress/girl....

She's been trapped...by the media at least!

Yesterday I was watching Saif-Bebo all lovey dovey about how they wake up in the morning - take tea together (morning ceremony) and now they (the medias) all criticize Amrita for saying this...😆😆😆 Ridiculous ....Even the people asked about "saifeena" didn't seem judging anything or being shocked but the medias actually seem as far as Amrita is concerned tsss.....And they're all there to take pix and cook up articles about the whole Bebo-Saif-Shahid....The medias are kinda desperate...

Saif even joked about Kareena hairy armpits😆 They're not married and live as if they were, it's not shocking so why when Amrita just describes pre marital relationships she's at fault?😕

the thing is that i dont really care about her opinion on this topic.. and the media is hyping this too 😕 just because she played a good indian girl back in the day doesnt mean she always thought like an indian girl 😕

but..

what a load of talent gone down the drain...

her first set of films until vivah were a super hit....

does she ever wonder why she's not all that successful since then? it's not rocket science 😕

i really wish she stuck to the genres she is good in!

her face is beautiful but she can NOT pull off a bad girl image AT ALL.. does no one ever tell her that? why is she so freaking desperate???

if she focused on what she was good in, im sure she would be the next kajol or something..

too bad.. is all i can say 😕

well just because she says she doesn't think premarital sex is wrong doesn't mean she also has to give a big disclaimer also saying how everyone should wear condoms and practice safe sex...

and gawd please take morality out of the question..people have urges and it is human nature to wanna be physical with the person you love, denying yourself to the most natural and pure way to display affection will only do you harm...

i could give a big essay on this if i get started.. so imma stop
