I don't understand why people are getting provoked and issuing oxymoron types of phrases due to mere stars. Just because one's opinion doesn't happen to match theirs doesn't mean that it should get personal. Double standards floats around IF. I could write a lot more, but why waste time when personal judgments are already made.

Never did Flavia or I openly endorse the tag of 'neutral' on IF. Heck, we have favorites too, and just because we don't have the hots for PC and Shahid doesn't indicate we are haters.

I dont' know where this haters term came along. I never used that term ever! I used that these people think they are neutral but they are not. And I was not the only one that perceived that. I am just coming out and trying to talk to you about it.

I don't have to do that, but I see there is a lot of resentment and anger and self name calling which has encouraged me to say Hey, I don't mind trying to work this out for the betterment of all the forums.

Again it was not directed at Flavia or you. Somehow it was assumed this. It was actually said in frustration to other members of a fan club who were feeling the same way. Frustrated. So nobody said it to anybody. NObody bashed anybody.

Ok this whole thing was interesting for a while but now its just become another tit for tat. Like Rani said, the comments in our FC weren't directed at anyone in particular. It just seemed odd to *me* that we were called delusional, rabid fan girls when we based our assumptions about Shahid-Priyanka on their interviews and other news sources, but people seemed to be doing the same thing here (and its only one interview here and not multiple ones like we had) and still it was the Shahid-Priyanka fans who were called rabid, delusional fangirls because we were supposedly trying to make heaven and earth one to defend our favourites.

I said the same thing here actually - maybe more diplomatically. I didn't care that we were called delusional initially - and hey as it turns out we weren't delusional after all. I remember laughing those comments off and even apologising for annoying other members with our comments. But what bothered me was that one perspective is considered rabid and the other not - because one comes from fans and the other doesn't, even though they are all based on assumptions.

My comments in the FC were a rant about this whole issue. We didn't call anyone "neutral haters". All I remember saying is that there are no neutral people on this forum, and fan-girls are not the only members with biases. Everyone has them - even the non-fan girls.

So let's say you are in a fan club with SRK fans. I am also a SRK Fan and you were on a post all day defending his Raj roles at bollywood forums.

And then you went back to your SRK fan club and you said to the members of your fan club , Oh those people are just jealous because they know he is talented. They call us silly but they are silly. This is hypothetical.

Now a person who you were arguing with comes to the fan club and see's this and goes back to a public forum and says something like "I guess I am jealous and silly" And starts coining this term everywhere and in a very sarcastic manner starts writing things all related to what discussion you had on your celeb forum which was said in frustration.

Well, now I am coming to the public forums and saying. Hey, I get that you saw what we said on the celeb fan club. Don't be upset because it was not directed specifically at you and was not meant to hurt you. That's what happened. I don't know if that makes sense.

Ranig .. if we get in these hypotheical.. and what ifs and buts.. then hundreds of years will pass and we won't come to a conclusion.. we are humans and adults.. we all make mistakes.. lets just move forward.. and end it right here.. cauz dragging this is of no use..

Your right. Nobody owes anyone an explaination for where they go , but if they keep making statements about things that were said in a celeb forum than yes, I think it is important to respond to it. And I am trying my best to respond to it the best way I can. I want to be respectful of all of you and don't want their to be passive aggressive posts between Flavia and myself or anybody else for that matter. Because I like discussing things with her and would like that to continues. So I am confronting the issue head on and would like to resolve it if possible for the enjoyment of all of us concerned. I am willing to take all of you ganging up on me to resolve this issue for all of us.

This is ridiculous. Can't we just stay on topic? It is about Vidya and her interview. Not about any other celebs. I am a Shanks fan myself but I am irritated with the whole" who said what" thing going on here. I ain't a mod but please let's have a healthy discussion related to Vidya's interview. Otherwise this topic is inevitably going to be closed.
