Unnecesarry hate towards Stars (vid p 3) - Page 3

Another user who recollected what she saw from her point of view.

"Well, my interpretation of how she looked is completely subjective, of course, but I thought she looked wide-eyed, speechless, shocked, and vulnerable. (I could be projecting how I would expect her to feel.... )

When I first went in that chat room, there weren't very many people there yet (maybe 20+). She was answering generic questions about things like "how was it to work with Aamir." She seemed kind of nervous and excited. Then the number of people kept increasing and these awful comments started. She was trying to find questions to answer, but the screen was just full of nasty comments. So she was sitting there staring at it. I couldn't bear watching it and left.

I just don't understand how those people could sit there, looking at her animate, human face, and be cruel and vile.

I watched Maddy's, and I remember hitting the ignore button for a few users, but it was nothing at all like Kareena's.

There were people recording some of those chats, so a video may turn up on youtube at some point.

Omgod, poor Kareena! :( stupid effin' haters.

That's just the video of the launch, coz aamir did it online with a webcam. I dont know if that's before or after the chat. I'll ask the person.

This is so sad. What kind of chat is this? I am clueless. Usually they always moderate live chats. Don't they? Then why did they let stars do something like this?

It is no surprise that users were abusive towards Kareena and nice to the guys. Almost all users are girls who hates every single Bollywood female and think that it is their right to decide what the female actor should wear, whom to date, what to eat and when to....

Hope actors never agree to such live chats. It is waste of their time and they need not take such offensive tone from anyone.

Many forums that are dedicated to actors also post similar stuff actually worse. They hate on their favorite actor's girlfriend and call her all sorts of names and even wish death, just because he isn't dating the girl they like. Why go so far..someone on this forum wished me death because she couldn't win an argument with me against her favorite girl.

That is when I thought it is just not worth it. Not that I care about their death wish but the extend some fans go is really scary and sad. Actors will move on and have good life. They want their fan forums to do the online PR work. I feel pity for such fans.

It was the 3 Idiots officila website. They launched the music on it, so they also had all the stars do a live video chat.

sucks for the real fans who tried to get through to her and sucks for kareena too .. whats one suppose to do when your faced with something like this

This is really low of those immature jerks..reading all those comments about how they treated her makes me really sad, and I wonder how she could've taken em when she's sitting right there!!

I guess this is the age of hate culture.. where hate is becoming the new love...people excuse their behaviour and say that.. its just an online thing.. and stuff.. but if you inflict hate online.. don't know how sweet you can be offline.. cauz the person remains the same.. just the medium changes..
