How many of you guys attended the 3 Idiots live chat? I missed it coz i had to prep for my midterm today, but the reports I heard for kareean fans were aweful.
Basically the stars were on webcam. But kareean's fans on her forum are very upset because hse basically got spammed wiht abuse. And hte worst part was, you could see her face as she read them.

I stayed for a little while. They had over 400 users and a lot of technical difficulties. I did watch Kareena because she was one of the first who was operational. It's true, the things people were writing to her were awful. They were obscene and abusive. (think of the most obscene things they could write, and you've probably got it)
There was an "ignore" button, but you had to click on each user to use it, and it was hard to do with the lines scrolling quickly. I hope for her sake that the moderator in her room was using it. I've seen those types of nasty comments in Aamir's chat and on youtube, etc, but it was really awful to see people basicallly doing it to her face. I hated seeing her face on the cam as she read those nasty comments."
And a kareena fan on her forum reported this
"des, ash we cannot do anything . they are being hated. u know it was a video chat and the msgs were like if u post it right now the msg shows up right then. so u can see kareena reading all the msgs clearly. poor thing picked up the non abusive ones and replied. one moron went on to spam with a msg saying saif is too old for u. he posted it like 50 times in caps. someone else asked her to say she loves shahid. and other wrote saif idiot ke wajah se shahid kurbaan hua. and some sertiously abusive hindi msgs. like real abuses. but there are also people who said nice things abt her. u see u sit for a live vidoe chat with the team arounmd uand u find these on ur monitor what would u do?? but kareena didn't show any anger. she pretended that she didnt see all these nasty posts."

There are plenty of stars I dont necesarrily like, but then I avoid their threads, their topics and mostly dont bother wasting my time. But this is so pathetic coz if you dislike someoen so much, why waste your time to get on and start abusing her on her face? And that messed it up for her fans as well because the fans who were tryign to get messages in COULDNT, since it was so jammed.
Apparently she signed out earlier and joined Sharman's chatroom or something.
