This really reminds me of the way Mariah Carey dresses these days, which is too tight and trying to wear stuff that would fit her 13-year-old self. It just falls flat and the overly glossy lip color is certainly not helping. It just all seems kind of sloppy put together.

Horrible. The wig, tacky lip colour and a dress that looks like it's made out of foam and spray painted...not good. Ditch it, Bipasha.
