i have been on quite a few forums..

this one is okay..compared to the insanity prevailing in others..atleast people are allowed to have a difference of opinion

go to other forums and say a word against the star, people will start exorcising and sprinkling holy water..if nothing, press the report errr retard button on ALL of ur posts and pm all ur friends to be a retard too

Ahem, I think I know which one you're talking about.😆 I've been there once, on your recommendation. Quite a place, I tell ya. It was nice to see people spewing venom on the stars they dislike and proclaiming their favorites as "innocent". Heck, I wouldnt even any call of my favorites, "innocent".

Whatever, it was quite an eye-opener.

I'm a part of Shahid's forum. Not many are fond of Ranbir there, but we all thank him whenever he compliments Shahid. I've never seen people cursing other stars there. That just never happens, its against the rules, and people would get banned for bashing any stars. We're too busy bashing Shahid for picking candy floss romances, and drooling over him. It has the funniest members too.

I think IF orums have elevated passive-aggressive posting to a fine art. I do not have the werewithals to countenance a Fan forum, which I am sure are far more punch-happy and bindass.

I have seen some members here who profess to have bottomless scorn and disinterest for some actors and pretend that it matters nothing to them whether these specific actors perish or flourish. But, they practically stalk the board for any mention of these actors and they just dive in gleefully - lampooning and ravaging with free abandon. They even get into completely unrelated posts just to mention these stars in an unfavorable light. I wonder what kind of sad lives these people must have to be consumed with such visceral, unreasonable hatred for a stranger. It seems healthier to have rabid love for a celeb (however unwarranted) than to be consumed with such negativity and venom.

Oh and I can speak for PC's forum too. Very friendly people there too, havent seen any excessive bashing there either. Everyone likes Shahid there, maybe a couple who dont, but they never bash him, they're just indifferent towards him. Most of em do, so I like it there.😆

ive been apart of India-forums for a long time, but im quite inactive for the past 2 years so...i just have phases wen im free, i come online to catch up...so i dont really have the time to get into arguements with ppl lolll but i did get into quite a few wen i started off, as well as while being a viewbie...lol...now all that is done...i dont have time for it...

as for going on other forums...i used to be apart of srk forums few years ago as a silent member....i quit....those srk fans were so...i duno....weird is the nicest word i can think of...i never ever posted there...i just had an account there to steal their siggies and avis (LOL)....but i stopped going there cuz it was retarded..

i dun noe of any other forums...but wow, reading ppl's comments here makes me think how can anyone be 2-faced ONLINE??!!??!! :S

Sadly, this is the only bollywood forum where I bash actors.....err post my "unfavorable" opinion on them. There are just too many actors I "despise" for me to go and find each and every fansite to post on. Since this is supposed to be a general bollywood forum (debatable term...fangirls have almost taken over), its easier for me to lampoon or laud actors here.

But what I have observed here profusely is the herd mentality system and gang operation. One popular member likes a certain star and all and sundry go on to rave about him/her for eternity no matter what to fit in. One unpopular member bashes a star and everyone else gangs up on that member for eternity as well.

Ahh forgot to add one more thing I observe here on a daily basis....its completely amusing to me whenever one group of fangirls accuse the other group of fangirls of being fanatics. Hello....pot meet kettle, anyone? 😆 😆

My thoughts exactly. And I hate the herd mentality that exists here.. There is something called individuality for gods sake.. if you cannot stand up for yourself on world wide web.. then what are the chances in real life. Its like in polls and comparisons.. they don't even use logic and just vote for their favs..even if their fav might not be the best thing in that category.. they will just vote for him/her.. They should might as well put in their sigs that they are going to just "like" one celeb.. There is a limit to liking your fav seriously.. mainly beacuse all the craze here exists for newer stars.. their fans go to lengths of even downgrading seasoned actors and putting their fav ahead of all the seasoned actors.. Well everyone has the right to critique any actor even if that actor is seasoned.. but atleast don't tell me that your fav actor who is like10 film old is better than all the actors in the bollywood.. if it was up to fan girls they would vote their fav for president.. seriously.. no matter whose fan you are.. is it that hard to use logic in the correct place at the correct time..yes your fav is good and he/she might be doing well for themselves but please don't get down to declaring them spotless, best and most perfect actor of all time... I totally agree with the part in bold.. its always the same people supporting the same things.. and same members.. and it gets boring after a while.. to see such spineless and kiddish behaviour..
