Halle's, I could get over due to the whole historical aspect of her win. But I do think Angela Bassett is the not appreciated enough. Halle's win was for Monster's Ball.

Proof was fantastic, Geet. Anthony Hopkins plays this brilliant math professor that slowly loses control. Some similarity with A Beautiful Mind, but this shows the relationship between father (Anthony Hopkins) and daughter (Gwenyeth Paltrow) that is incredibly troubled by the deterioration. Jake Gyllenhaal is in it too, and I think Roshan Seth has a small role.

Ok I will look out for the DVD.

yeah Tashu I caught you. I loved Boys Don't Cry and Hillary Swank was so good in it.

Angel, you make a good point that Bose is often overlooked. Of course, he is a complicated figure and more controversial, but I would love to see a film based on him. Correct me if I am wrong, but didn't Shyam Benegal make a film on him that came out a few years ago? I never saw it because it really never got publicized and I didn't hear too much at all whether it was good or bad.

I dont really know, Nimmi right 😳 if it was Shyam Benegal or someone else who made the film but I saw one on him. And it was a very good one. Everything to the apt. Bose ji is very controversial regarding his death but man, the things I saw on youtube, information I read about him on wikipedia and regarding all the air-crash and all, atleast I am 10000% sure that he didnt die and lived atleast till 1980s and that BHAGWAN ji was Subhash Chandra Bose.
Clips made by that certain news channels were simply mind-boggling and amazingg regarding Bose ji!!!!!
