From Farhan and Vishal-NO.

But from many big directors she has before(I am talking in overall career basis).But either she didn't had dates that time or she had some other comittments.

I don't think Adi and Rani are involved, those rumors have been going around for years now and nothing has come of it. I think she just has a lot of respect for him. As for Rani doing films outside the YRF banner, I think she would if she were offered.

I don't blame her for signing with YRF all the time then why none of the other 'good' directors are coming up to her with their films.

She hasn't denied or accepted the possibility of a romantic relationship with Aditya so it is plausible that they are indeed dating.

If I recall correctly, isn't Hrithik almost always criticized for working with his dad? Or SRK/Akshay for doing similar roles again and again and working with the same banner?

Actually, she did get offers from others, but it is just that she did refuse them. And she was the first choice for The Namesake, which she refused for KANK.
And she was the first choice for a Vishal Bharadwaj film called Mr. Singh and Mrs. Mehta co-starring Aamir Khan. Then the project went to Kareena, but I think it got shelved for the meantime. So it isn't like she hasn't gotten the offers, she has missed out on the opportunities. It is very much possible the offers are not coming up right now though.
