But he made some mistakes. I feel that while its good he spoke out, I feel that he exaggerated as well.
Otherwise the industry wouldnt have sided with salman the way they did and VO wouldnt be apologizing. Had Salman HONESTLY done all that VO claims he did, the last thing he'd do is apologize.

I was a huge Vivek fan during the Saathiya days, but then I started disliking him when he started doing all those craptastic movies. I actually applauded him for doing the press conference. Salman was huge back then too, but Vivek had the balls to talk infront the whole world about Salman. What I didnt like is the fact that Ash never defended Vivek at all. Buts that was her prerogative, and obviously Vivek was fine with it. Then came the downslide for Vivek, girlfriend was gone, films were flopping and no one was ready to work with him because of the Salman fiasco.

He did get some appreciation from Shootout at Lokhandwala, but he knew that if he wants maintain this teeny bit success, he will have to get his act straight. Thats when he apologized to Kunal Kohli and got all cool with the Bachchan family. He knew that he will have to apologize to Salman if he wanted to get the big projects..thats just the harsh reality. The bottom line is that he knows that if he doesnt apologize to Salman he's future in Bollwood will be doomed. So either apologize to Salman, or kiss your filmy career goodbye.

I dont really think he really wants to be all friendly with Salman, but whatever he's doing is for his own selfish reasons, which are understandable. He has apologized to Salman soo many times, and Salman still calls him an idiot ...wouldnt that hurt Vivek's ego? Of course it would, but the harsh reality is that he had to apologize to Salman to get into the good books of other spineless Bollywood people. After all, its all about the connections.
