i think shahid thought that kareena and him are having a bit of a break, or kareena is a bit upset or is having a bit of alone time, but he had no clue that she wants to break up, and is painting the town red wid saif!

I honestly think you guys are over reacting.

Obviously shahid knew she was moving on with Saif.

I think its more of a gesture from Imtiaz who wasnt aware of what was going in the lead pair's life.

Outta common courtesy, if a couple has just broken up, and ur with one, and you find out that pretty soon, the other has moved on, and the first hasnt, you do say, are you alright?

Not because she dumped him, not becuae they broke up, but because for this amount of time that person was yours, and now its a huge step that she's with someone else. Even if shahid had been ok wiht the break up, seeing kareena with someone else was a separate ordeal, which does not necesarrily reflect how they broke up or who was at fault. Those are two separate things.

AFTER their breakup.

They both arrived in separate vans and everything. It was BEFORE kareena came out iwth saif though, but it was pretty obvious they werent togehter even on Nach Baliye, but they still talked, and acted normal.

Desu, read Imtiaz's statement clearly.

"Though they were my lead actors, they didn't discuss their life with me. It is sheer coincidence that Shahid and I were in a hotel room in Ahmedabad promoting JWM, when he got the news that Kareena had moved on. When the news broke, it's not as if I sat him down and gave him some pep-talk. I just gave him a smile, a hug and then I let him be."

He is CLEARLY saying that he was with Shahid when Shahid came to know about it.

That's what I find so strange.

When did shahid find out that she had moved on with saif?

Ok so you break up yeah?

Then you must be in touch, like once in a while coz u have a movie coming up.

Kareena says to the press back in India, wait for shahid, he'll explain everything.

But saif and kareena news had been in the air for like..ages man.

Like a month before JWM promotions even began. How could he not have known?

Maybe he did know, but Imtiaz thought he didnt, coz like imtiaz said, shahid and kareena kept their personal life to themselves and he was outta it coz they were professional.

I thoguth he was in Canada all that time, wasnt he Riya?

He came back only a few days before saif and kareena came out into the open at lakme fashion week. So is that what he means by "got the news they had moved on". At lakme fashion week?

i remember back den....it was in the news that shahid was in canada shooting, but jab we met shooting wasnt complete yet...there was styl one song to be shot, and they were all waiting for shahid's return....during this time the whole news of their breakup happened...

den wen shahid finally returned back, imitiaz called both shahid and bebo to shoot the last song for the movie....and it was heard that there definitely was friction between the 2, and they didnt talk much with one another...they onli did their shots, like professionals, and thas about it....after the shooting was over, they both went their own ways...the breakup most likely happened during that time...

promotions for the movie started wayyyy after that....im sure shahid saw it coming....it wasnt all of a sudden....this incident that imitiaz mentioned, its prolly one of those moments where shahid came to realize its definitely all over....so he shared it with imitiaz.....but im sure this whole situation started from awhile back....

btw, all u crazy kareena and/or shahid fans....any1 noe wat that last song was that they shot for, after/during their breakup...?? i saw sum clips of it on tv, and i remember one of the costumes kareena was wearing....it was all white, with heavy jewellry on her forehead and all...so im guessing it was tum se hi? cuz in there kareena twirls around across the frame in that same costume....but styl im not sure..loll

Megha that song was shot in the MIDSTS of JWM promotions.

It was just one sequence of a song, not ht ewhole thing, it was tumse hi.

Promotions had already began, and that was when shahid had come back. Not long after he shot that song, he announced he was single. But shahid and Kareena still came togehter for Nach Baliye, and by that time, saif was reportedly seen with kareena everywhere, even for her bday at SRGMP promotions. Shahid had to have known. This incident with imtiaz has to be before this.

Maybe he flew in one time in August perhaps? Coz that's prolly when saif asked Kareena out.

So break up happens in i'm guessing late June, early July?

Then when does shahdi leave for Toronto? Does anyone know? Coz according to reports, Saif supposedly vocalized his feelings for kareena on the sets of Tashan in August. ANd maybe they started going out in September. Their relationship literally seems to have culminated in front of our eyes.

I'm sure he did start taking kareena out to lunches and dinners from before, perhaps right after the break up, to get her mind off or something.

Maybe that's when that incident in Ladakh took place? When saif's guards got in a fight iwht fans in Ladakh who wanted to meet kareena in teh retaurant but she didnt come out.

I remember those times too, Desu. Saifeena stories were coming out, they were getting clicked at restaurants and Shahid was in Canada. I dont think the break up had happened when Shahid was in Canada. There was this article that came around when Shahid was in Canada, that Shareena have patched up. They talked on the phone all night, and that Saifeena werent a couple. See the break up happened after Shahid came back from Canada, thats why Kareena kept saying "let Shahid come back" cuz Shahid was probably irked by with all of the news surrounding his gf and Saif. Then when he came to India, they prob fought over the Saif issue and the break up happened before the song shoot of JWM, cuz they didnt even look eye to eye during the shoot of the song. Then when they were officially broken up, Shahid came on JDJ and said that he was single. When Saifeena heard this, they prob decided to come out too since Shahid was out with it.

What I want to say is that, the break up happened when he came back from Canada. He was pissed with all this news of Saif and Kareena and decided to end it. Then he came out to announce his singlehood and Saifeena came out after that too.

His speculations about the Saifeena relationship came true when they decided to come out, and this is when Shahid found about it in the hotel room with Imtiaz. So he knew that everyone's assumptions were after all true.
