well umm so for one moment lets assume IIFA is more biased than other mainstream award shows, and evil evil Big B rigged the awards and gave his son a random award that has no meaning (lets forget that the year when his son won "best supporting actor" award in EVERY SINGLE AWARD SHOW EXCEPT FOR IIFA when someone else got it)..

did Big B that year asked the jury to NOT give his son a "best supporting actor" award so negotiated the "style icon" award for the following year cuz srsly "style" award is so much more prestigious than some measly award "best supporting actor"

BTW, what do you all you peeps have to say about Saif winning national award for that frothy corny teen flick Hum Tum when his mom was the chairperson of the award committee or some shiz like that THE SAME YEAR???? or maybe Saif really did deserve the National Award that year?? that must be it.. he rly was deserving out of ALL actors in ALL REGIONAL/BOLLYWOOD movies that year.. 😊

oh some people have selective reading power so let me remind them before they act all holier than thou and put Saif on a pedestal, didn't Saif's mom have a great big hand in giving her son the "National Award" for his great and very different never been done before performance in Hum Tum..

oh yeah he had different hairstyle throughout the movie and played a 18 yo character in one part of the movie when he was over 35..

but no that isn't shameless or rigged or outrageous at all, it is totally justified unlike some random style award...

their main occupation is acting and they are doing fine in their professional life.. they won't be losing sleep over anyone's attendance or non attendance i am sure

Kareena deserved it more for her offscreen appearances, and the girl is definitely one of the best dressed celebs we have.

All awards may be partial, but atleast not so shamelessly partial that you award your son style icon the one year hwen he looked his WORST!

Atleast Akki and Srk dance in weddings and functions becaues they're paid as entertainers, just like people hire singers.

This family on the other hand goes above and beyond and fills in that void by dancing together in award shows. What's the need to other functions when you can all just run up on stage and dance in front of hte entire fraternity?
