So, commenting on lineage by saying "these starkids this , these starkids that" is immaturity. Genes are genes and you don't choose your birth. That doesn't mean you have no value of your own.

And as far as professionalism goes, from what I understand your bloodline has nothing to do with professionalism. Your own attitude and principles decide what you will become. Govinda , Manisha , Meenakshi Sheshadhri were no starkids......but had some great tales of unprofessional behaviour to offer .

agreed... the only problem i think is though that 'some' (not all) of the star kids come with starry attitudes.. hence, the prejudice... problem is most of the younger generation is like that, though... which is quite a shame... some of them have potential...
but as you said, many outsiders can be quite blabbermouths too...!

Sonam's honesty and guts makes me like her more!...but let's move on from Loreal issue!!....Everyone was right in their own position and it was unprofessional of LOreal to do what it did!!

^^ let's not blame L'Oreal here for someone else's mistakes... L'Oreal is a huge company and when you work in a big company, some things just can't be done...!!

Well everyone had moved on and this interview brought up the Loreal issue again. A dignified answer by Sonam would have nipped it in the bud but we cant expect that from Ms diplomatic can we ?😆

Sanam yaar, that was my opinion....I thought loreal was unprofessional for what they did to her! ...Any person would have been hurt if they were asked not to go for the *festival* that is so important for her career....I think we both are so biased that we refused to see other's point of view...so let's just leave it like that ... ;)

Babu, like and dislike depend on individual choice , I agree. So liking or not liking a star is not a matter of bad blood. 😛.....But when somebody holds somebody's lineage responsible for their character and behaviour , it reflects a very prejudiced and rigid view of human-beings.

And as for being impulsive blabbermouths , it's a fault of youth - the times we are born in and the environment we live in. Ask me , i am not a blabbermouth yet but am a bigtime brat. 😆

Peace. 😛

^^ i had figured just as much... LOL...
and i do feel sometimes that we all like people we can relate to in some way or another... that's just my opinion though, now that you brought it up..
as for sonam, being a brat or spoilt brat is not a bad thing... sure, think highly of yourself, that's a good thing but i hate it when people try to prove themselves better than others by trying to put others down... in common words, it's called being arrogant... 😛

that's not my bias, yaar... i have worked in some companies... sometimes it happens things don't work out and you are not the one to go in a conference, etc... many things are considered in the matter... but let's just agree to disagree on this... 😊
