Missing homemade food, Salman Khan summons his cook from Mumbai to London to treat the unit of London Dreams
The Khan family is known for their hospitality and Salman Khan demonstrated this at the shoot of Vipul Shah's film London Dreams in London. When he realised that the entire unit was bored of western food and was missing homemade food, he called his cook, Jafferbhai, all the way from Mumbai to London. Jafferbhai is especially known for his delectable biryani.
Vipul Shah confirmed and said, "We all were shooting in St James Court and we were really bored of the continental food. We used to order food from Indian pockets in South Hall but there was nothing like home-made food. We had to stay there for three months and everyone was craving for homemade food. That's when Salman called his cook, Jafferbhai, treating us all to ghar ka khana for a large part of the schedule. Incidentally, Salman's driver was a Pakistani and he was also a good cook so we handed him the kitchen department during the schedule."
