This is strictly my take on Kareena. I hope no one is offended, feels that I'm spreading some kinda agenda, etc. etc. I felt like an analystical mood, lol. Its a friday night ppl, my car broke down on the freeway, I had a lot of time on my hands to just think about random stuffwhile my roommate was freaking out waiting for AAA 😆
Kareena's very complex to decipher. In my 9 yeras of following her closely, I've sensed that she's a very insecure person. Very insecure, and very sensitve. There's a lot of inner turmoil inside this girl. A lot of pain that perhaps never makes it to the surface, but she just represses because she wants to believe she's strong. Or she wants to believe that she's happy, or victorious..I dunno, lol.
In the HT interview with saif I sensed that she was very upset about certain comments that had taken place across the media from both sides recently.
There was a venom in her responses that was absent before. She always mentioned shahid in the highest regard. And she's not one to fake. If she had felt this way about him before, trust me, she woudlnt have hid it, lol. She would have said it back then.
Her anger was bubbling up, and I sensed that Saif was trying to control her.
Example:
"I don't understand how people can be two-faced about being in a relationship," says Kareena, "If you love someone, the worst you can do is to hide it."
No guesses who she's referring to specifically here. This could be her response to:
"Its not difinifed to talk about one's relationship" and "Talkign about personal life over and over again is cheap"
Saif tried to draw her outta it by changing the topic slightly to it being difficult to admit relationships and how he did it back when tehy first appeared.
Example 2:
"It's amazing how Saif goes out of the way to do that something extra. This is what makes this man so unique and different from anyone I've earlier been with"

I know kareena's had a few relationships, Shahid, and this guy named Vicky, whom she dated before entering the industry.
And saif once again, I can tell, trying to control her.
"Easy, easy," says Saif, clearly uncomfortable at being compared with anyone. "I don't think I did anything great, it's most natural to be wanting to be with your woman on her birthday,"
I think I have it figured out now, lol. According to ME, when Kareena gets hurt...she wants that someoen to hurt as well. And her way of doing that in the past was her overdrive of PDA with Saif. And now, I sense it in how she wants to scream that Saif loves her, she's desired, she's happy, and NOT stuck in the past caring about "who someone else dates. ", and wanting PC outta shahid's life (she reallly did take those personally, lol )
And the journalist specifically noticed that kareena got really emotional.
Too emotional to stop, Kareena goes on, "He's the best I could ever ask for in life."
And Saif understood she was getting really emotional. Which is why he also continued, more to show her than to show anyone else. And it works, lol. She finally becomes quiet, haha.
At this, she gently puts her head on his shoulder and he holds her hand.
I think that gesture might have been followed by a moment of just silence, so the journalist switched the topic to her family taking saif.
I know now what saif meant in one of his interviews, that its a very intense relationship and one that needs reassurance.

That's why I feel he has behaved how he's behaved since htey went out. That's why he went on an overdrive of yakking about her. FOR HER. To show her that he means everything that he says, he shouted it out to the world.

I mean isnt it strange that saif didnt behave this way when he was with Rozza or Amrita. He was open, but not to this extent. And it fascinated me to see saif completely removed in their harper's shoot. He was minding his own business, reading a book, not caring about anyhting. He joked with the reporter, wasnt mushy. Put in the sense of humor and then ADMITTED that he came across as a retard when he reads his preivious interviews.
You may not agree with me, and that's fine.
I feel this inner turmoil and restlessness in kareena stems from perhaps a sense of not being appreciated. Of being let down. Maybe a long line of relationships that didnt work. I know before shahid, kareena used to be with a guy named Vicky. That was before she joined the industyr. Then I feel she had a MAJOR thing for Hrithik. And obvoiusly he didnt feel the same. I think that's why he's uncomfortable working wht her, coz htey ahve a history. Jackie Shroff once said, "Her weakness is her heart. She could lose her heart to a butterfly and it shows. "
I think her feelings for hrithik were pretty obvious. And he obviously had no such intentions. He was in love with Suzzane. I even remember her quote at the time saying, "the most painful thing in the world is loving someone and being able to express it".
