Why doesn't Aamir attend award functions?

no the real truth is that once anil kapoor bribed filmfare people to give him the best actor award for beta, whereas aamir was also nominated for jo jeeta wohi sikhander and it was a great hit than beta, but when filmfare ppl gave the award to anil, aamir came to know abt this fraud, and from that day he dejected the awards ever since

aamir has always been sidelined in the awards...guess it was one time too many...it was the time wen jo jeeta wahi sikander released...he gave an amazing performance..everyone thought thathe wud win it but the award went to anil kapoor for beta...there was also a rumour that anil manipulated the award..which i think it's true coz he did the same thing in stardust awards for sonam...well these awards have been unfair many times......
