Kunal loves to talk at length about why he cut his hair short. "Yes, I am sporting a new look for my upcoming film. But the truth is that I was literally tired of my long hair. So I asked the
directors of the film if I could change my look in the film and they agreed.

Earlier he had been linked up with co-star Smilie Suri. The grapevine now has it that the actor is going steady with his co-star Soha Ali Khan. Tell him this and he replies, "I have read all the reports about Soha and me and I am totally unfazed by them. People will always talk about stars who are doing two films together. It's just that Soha and I get along very well."
