Nutan is the most glamorous & the most beautiful actress that India has ever produced. She appeared in a number of successful movies of 50s & 60s & she also holds the record of winning 5 Filmfare awards for best actress, the highest number of awards won by an actress.

We know her very well as an actress but very little is known about her personal life. On October 11, 1959, she married naval Lieutenant-Commander Rajnish Behl. Before marriage Rajnish Behl was in navy but after marriage he quitted his job. He directed his first movie "Surat aur Sirat" which features Nutan as the lead actress. Their only child, Mohnish Behl, born in 1963, later entered films as well. He has given some successful performances in movies like "Maine Pyar Kiya" & "Hum Aapke Hain Kaun". He is mostly seen playing negative roles.
