There are no female newcomers that I can remember this year. I guess Anushka Sharma will win all debutant awards as she has no competition.

no i didnt mean newcomers of 2008 i mean all new comers like ranbir ,neil ,imran Sonam etc becoz these all r new in this field most of these stars have spent just 2 or 3 years but still we consider them new until they did 50 or 100 movies

Harman and Ranvir i like..

Deepika and genilia are great new comers as well.

As for worst shikandar kher has no looks and imran not that i dislike him or anything just do not like his looks but like shahid he could possibly grow on me...
