i always and will always love deepika....she is a awesome actress

her role in as gayatri in BAH i did not like it because it was not well-scripted at all...her role is written in a rush i couldn't understand a single thing of raj-gayatri love story....i don't think its a love story though...it was like a small cameo done by deepika to make ranbir realise his mistake what have minisha and bipasha gone through when he broked their hearts in love....

i like her character gayatri being the cool...independent and strong types gayatri character is a idol for todays young generation women but her role was not convincing in terms of the love story it does not suit the situations happening....i don't like her role but only her solo character and i think if raj-gayatri i only like the song khuda jaane nothing else....as i only can see chemistry of raj-gayatri through the song not on scenes i can't feel any chemistry...i won't blame deepika she was good though in her parts is very gorgeous its the script writter and siddharth fault for not exploring gayatri's character when there is so much potential....

in fact minisha and bipasha performance were the best than deepika because she had nothing much to do at all....as far as chemistry concern ranbir-minisha and ranbir-bipasha have overshadowed ranbir-deepika chemistry in the film(off-screen made for each other)especially ranbir-minisha was the best love story and best chemistry of the show...but whatever they have shown on ranbir-deepika through the song they look great together....but honestly i loved ranbir-minisha chemistry in the show because ranbir-deepika scenes were too short not even 20 minutes.....

so BAH is a worst film for deepika as the role was not convincing though her character is convincing.....now i am eagerly waiting for chandni chowk to china and i am sure in that solo film she have rocked it because of martial arts too which she have done in the film

deepika was not gud in BAH at all.

i understood her character in the 1st half but in the 2nd half it was screwed up. did not understand her sudden character change.

zoom,buzz18,zee and others have videos of public reactions,which if you have not seen..you can watch..

Critics and janta have been very good to her even though she had even less lines than Kunal Kapoor and a very badly written role.

In Forums like this members over a period of time ,have favorites ,and form camps and tend to post similar views every time.(i miss the priyanka,kareena,deepika fans here these days..)

So it is very difficult to get a correct idea here...

My take On Deepika

all 3 actresses will continue on their paths

Minissha will continue to do bit roles...

Bipasha..will continue with parallel roles or powerful roles in smaller films.

Deepika..she will continue to be in the wish list of all directors and actors..WHY? because she has tremendous screen presence and star potential.You either have it or not It ..simply cannot be manufactured.The minute Raj sets eyes on Gayathri..you know she is the one for him.(whether shecan cook,clean,act..doesn't matter-she looks fit for our Hero(a la Katrina)

Deepika makes maximum impact even before the film releases..such is her star power on Tv and in media..Can you imagine 'dus ka dum' or any other promotional event without her..

SHE SELLS! simple!She has refused 25 endorsements including Nakshatra-(CNBC TV 18)The new Levis ad looks great and BSNL- supposed to be one of the biggest endorsement deals should be out any day now..And It will continue to roll!

i know yaar she is best and i just love her...but hate the fact that she is such a talented artist and her role was so short in the movie compared to the other 2 girls...i expected a bigger role for her in the movie because i love her so much and ranbir-deepika so much.....the directors just makes me sad for giving her such a small role.....i thought she has a role of OSO types of course not re-incarnation but yes full fledge role....but all got ruined due to the short role....BAH is now history for me when it comes to deepika in fact i will tell this movie more based on minisha and bipasha because its dealing with broken hearts in love and what is the effect....

now i am eagerly waiting for chandni chowk to china..akshay is always no doubt excellent par excellent but deepika is overshadowing everyone by her martial arts which not other actress have done except for priyanka chopra in don and now in drona ....i am eagerly waiting for deepika's-akshay starrer can't wait to see the gorgeous lady fighting evils....in BAH i just love the song and her character but the love story no matter what i can't understand it......chandni chowk to china will rock even more than BAH and i can see another big hit after OSO coming out for deepika.....

as for bips she is always superb and will always do films that makes her versatile actress....ajnabee...race....raaz and corporate tells her success

as for minisha coming years she will top too.....her acting skills are good and she has the preity factor in her too.....

deepika she is everyone's dreamgirl.....

let it jst simply be dat a talented actress like deepika didnot get a role fair enough to do justice to her talent....i was shocked to c wat made her accept dis role ...agreed dat its a yashraj film but atleast she shuld ve thought more abt her role...she also has a song less compared to minisha n bips ...

i agree with you...she did not get fair justice to her role....thats what i can say too.....i hated this short role of hers because she is so talented but get such short roles this is not acceptable at all....but whatever short role although i could not understand raj-gayatri love story but deepika played her short role well too and for that hats off to her....

all i could say her role was not given justice at all....and my advice to deepika please yaar you are such a wonderful actress please don't accept such short and not well-scripted roles...you are going to score high in near future with all your solo project and such roles like BAH doesn't gives you justice to your talent....thank god chandni chowk to china is your solo project with various shades in your character lovely and romantic deepika as well as full action packed deepika...can't wait to see you in your next movie

exactly...deepika deserves better than BAH...even OSO at the end of the will be remembered as an SRK movie...she needs a good author backed role to prove her prowess...she sparkles the screen each time she appears on it and we wanna see more of her...also she needs to work on her voice....she looks like a seductress but sounds like a cute kitten....😛

agreed with each and every line ....it was sad she got a smaaller role...but honsetly her acting wasnt that great...and she needs to work on her dialogue delieevey too....

I don't think Deepika is a good actress, i feel she's simply being taken in films for her face and the glamour/beauty/barbie doll factor.

I was really interested to see her acting talent in BAH, especially since she didn't have alot of screen time in OSO and also because her actual voice was not used.

Her role in BAH was a disappointment, it could have been her chance to shine through, but all it shows is that she was given a short role with bad dialogue delivery......it seems as though her performance in OSO was only done well because of the dubbed voice matching her expressions, because her acting is very different in BAH.

Minnisha on the other hand has excellent screen presence, her dialogue delivery is quite similar to Preity Zinta, but im sure in the future and with time she will definitely make a place in the industry for herself.
