I think things have been slowly changing ever since Kabir helped in Aryan's case. Since then, Myra's perspective has been changing to realise that Kabir is not egoistic. Even though she was brainwashed by Rosy yesterday & ended up arguing up with Kabir, this time she as much more calmer, & she wasn't exactly trying to accuse him. She did admit that he might have been right all this while, but screwed up in jail. It won't be long before she finally gives up & surrenders.
And the precap with Myra being sassy with Akshay & telling him off is just the start IMO.
