Maybe. Sometimes I feel like he is using her fame from outside but sometimes I feel like he genuinely likes her. But these things are not telecasted in the episode that much. Editors didn't realise this I think

Does anyone think Poornima got cosmetic surgery or enhancement. She looks different to her eadly YouTube days which doesn't seem due to just ageing. Her face also looks weirdly stretched and unnatural at times.
