It didn't come acorss as name calling at all. She was just following the task ( just like how niketan threw water on Vishal and how Sapna threw garbage in Garden Area ).

But what is wrong if Sapna called Urvashi moti-bhains or Urvahsi calls delnaaz saand whether as part of task or as a grudge. We all call delnaaz and aashka names. They have more reasons as its personal for them unlike us viewers. Even we swear and shout when we are angry. Anger is a emotion and people release it in different ways. swearing and name-calling is one.
