I agree with the statement but I get the feeling she used an applaudworthy statement in the wrong context thus trivializing it. This statement is often used in US of A where women are sometimes molested bcoz they agreed to dance with the person or initially flirted but later developed cold feet. This statement is meant to convey that a woman can change her mind and if she says no then it means no. By using it in silly issues like he kissed my hand, he lifted me she is I think trivializing the importance and seriousness of that statement.

Good post again Cruiser ji.👏👏👏

@trinket - funnily dat's exactly wat I had said abt Sho whn Sho made her allegations. Dat one should categorically show one's disapproval as these kind of men usually r cowards nd get scared off easily if a girl objects. Nd Cruiser ji agree dat whn a girl says no it means exactly dat. Whatever needs 2 be said nd done should be done der nd den .No point in complaining abt dat later on as den it turns into a blame game.
Only Mahek had no issues wid d guys, whether negative or positive. Dat's coz she is d kind of person who would hv clearly shown it by her actions or words 2 d guys 2 back off.😆

I was referring to Sunny's accusation of crossing physical limits, within the situation and context, if a woman doesn't like something being done to her , she should speak up or act accordingly.

Juhi herself could not avoid such a weird situation from Amar. But I agree if every woman can be able to respond then and there half the problems of woman are solved.

Glad to know I am not alone, for a moment there I thought I was driving all the potential suitors away with the pepper-spray in my pocket😉

However, when a 'real' woman doesn't like what's happening she reacts, you don't let it happen and then talk about it later!
Trust me, I've been a girl all my life 😉 when one doesn't approve of what's going on, you scream, you cry,you kick, fight, push, shove, bite, punch or carry a can of pepper spray like yours truly and when a ghair mard picks you up , U PUT YOUR FOOT DOWN and walk-off !

i fully agree Trinket!

I only endorse Sunny's statement and the Gyaan contained in it.

Even her tirade against Amar was motivated and for self and group interest./ Nothing laudable about that!

Saying "no, no, no!" and smiling all the same when someone is picking you up is actually encouraging. (which sunny was doing)
The very same words (no, yes, maybe) have different meanings (as in not in the literal way but depending on the feeling or expression they are put forward with)🤓...
A girl may say NO shyly or while smiling and may mean maybe.
Or
A girl may say NO with harsh firmness and seriousness and actually mean it.
In Sunny's case:
She might have said no or put me down, but did she say it with such firmness and gravity? I doubt. She was smiling the entire time!

Even a girl couldnt have put it more aptly the way she endures all this caressing , fondling everytime she steps out of her house & for some poor souls who are not safe inside the house too

But i dont completely agree to sunny - we do say no at times when its a may be
its not in the word you say but the way you say it
