Sky walker walks away - justifies his name

This sky guy argues walks off whenever someone disagrees to what he is imposing or if someone wants to shut him up for talking too much.This was the 2nd time he just walked away in Sanju's presence.He has no regards for Sanju.He seems to strongly believe he is some God sent judge, born with a gavel in hand and is very "fair"...and it is everybody's duty to agree when he says PM is dangerous and agree again when he feels sorry for her.
