There are two issues with Mishra:

1) Severe mood swings, which are understandably hard for others to cope with.

2) Self-imagined provocation. She 'thinks' people are spiting her or that they are doing things against her intentionally. Be it the 'non-verbal' communication which made her go batshit crazy in the broom issue, the elbowing debacle, and now with Amar hurting her. Her me against the world attitude doesn't help, especially when she expects people to comply to her perspective of events and apologize to her.

Other than that, she is much, much better than the others, because she doesn't indulge in cheap mudslinging and neither in apparent or hidden plotting and back-biting like all the others do.
